This accessibility statement applies to the Satamaparkki web service and satisfies the requirements of the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019).

This accessibility statement applies to the web service Satamaparkki (https://satamaparkki.fi). The service is operated by Helsingin Satama Oy (business ID 2630555-8).
This statement is issued under the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019), which requires public digital services to be accessible. The web service must meet Level A and AA criteria of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

If any part of the service is not accessible to you, you can request the information or the service through an alternative channel by emailing customer support at asiakaspalvelu@satamaparkki.fi or, in English, parking@portofhelsinki.fi. Customer support can, for example, edit the licence plate on your booking for you if the self-service UI does not work with your assistive technology.

Third-party content
The service embeds content provided by third parties. Helsingin Satama Oy cannot modify the content of these external services; their accessibility is the responsibility of the supplier.
Payment. During the payment step of a booking, an Adyen-operated payment service is used (card, mobile, and strong authentication). The accessibility of the payment service content is Adyen's responsibility.
Maps. Location detail pages use the Leaflet map component with map tiles from OpenStreetMap and Esri. The accessibility of the map's internal controls (such as zoom buttons) is the responsibility of those services. As an accessible alternative, we provide the location's address and name in text, and Google Maps and Apple Maps driving-direction links that work with screen readers.
